Michel Philippe Lulo & Asociados (MPL) has won the tender made by the company Playa Grande Holdings Inc. for the construction of the “Villa Modelo de Golf” in the tourist project “Playa Grande Golf & Reserve” located between Río San Juan and Cabrera in the María Trinidad Sánchez province on the north coast of the Dominican Republic.

The project has been designed by architects Jim Tinson and Philippe Gozlan of the Hart-Howerton firm in New York.
