Michel Philippe Lulo & Asociados in his role as general contractor begins coordination and construction work for the project “Renovation of the old Sol De Plata Hotel” in Cabarete.

The renovation project includes the adaptation of existing buildings, as well as the improvement of general infrastructure and the inclusion of new buildings to complete the requirements requested by the new operating chain.

Among the architectural features of the new project is the update of style to a contemporary tropical aesthetic on the facades of the buildings and in the interior spaces.

A majestic new pool becomes the heart of the project, being a perceptual connector between areas of enjoyment such as the amphitheater, restaurants and bars, recreation areas and gardens, emphasizing to the north the visual connection with the Atlantic Ocean.

The renovation project has been designed by the GVA firm under the direction of Arch. Carlos Aguilar. Also part of the interdisciplinary design team are the companies Aldebot Ingenieros Consultores (electromechanical installations), Velázquez Duarte y Asociados (hydrosanitary installations) and JCM y Asociados for the structural component.
