23 Sep Michel Philippe Lulo & Asociados (MPL) has been selected for the construction of phase II of the O & Med project
The company Michel Philippe Lulo & Asociados (MPL) has been selected as the general contractor for the construction of phase II of the project of the “O & Med” School of Medicine of the Dominican O&M University, which will be located in the Naco sector of the city of Santo Domingo.
The conceptual design of the project has been developed by the architectural firm Sasaki, established in Boston (USA) and the stages of development and construction documentation have been prepared by the Dominican architects Angel Giudicelli and Cristóbal Valdez (CVYA).
The project contemplates 6 levels of underground parking and 17 levels above street level with an approximate construction area of 55,000 square meters.
It is a complementary project to phase I of the school that is currently in the completion phase in the Gazcue sector.
