This Project consists on the construction of a new campus for one of the fastest growing private universities in the Dominican Republic.

The location of the complex is the old headquarters of the Cervecería Dominicana in the city of Santiago. Two of the existing buildings have been Retrofitted and remodeled for the administrative offices of the university and also for the main library and auditorium facilities. Three new buildings have been erected, mainly for classrooms for a total of 8,000 m2 of construction. This project has been done in stages, starting in the year 2002 with phase I. At the moment we are on phase IV of this campus which consists on the construction of 3 more floors for 22 additional classrooms in building No.3.
